Asian Ginger Salad Dressing - You'll Lick It Off the Plate

This has been a dressing favorite for 15 years! No only does it NOT contain any harmful oils, it DOES contain amazing anti-inflammatory healthful ingredients.

Ingredients:

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh gingerroot, minced
    • 1/2 cup liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
    • β…“ cup rice vinegar
    • 3 Tbsp organic honey or maple
    • extra-virgin oil oil 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients, EXCEPT olive oil, in a jar or bowl and stir/shake well. To serve, drizzle salad with olive oil. Then, drizzle salad with dressing. Enjoy!
