MEAL PLANS

One of the greatest ways Kelli Jennings, RD will serve you is by connecting the gap from nutrition recommendations to practical meal patterns and everyday, specific foods and recipes. A meal plan by Apex Nutrition is a map from start to finish of when to eat, what to eat, how much to eat, and how to shop for, prepare, and store foods.
For each meal plan, Kelli will provide a weekly shopping list, a daily eating guide, all needed recipes, and helpful shopping, cooking, and storing tips! Additionally, each meal plan will be specifically designed to meet your calorie, carbohydrate, protein, fat, fiber, fluid, fruits/vegetables, and vitamin/mineral needs. It will also meet pregnancy, athletic, and medical nutrition (such as Diabetes or Heart Disease) goals specific to you, if needed.
There are two kinds of meal plans available:
The Value Plan provides a 2-week, 14-day meal plan specific to your nutrition needs as described above. It provides a variety of 10 wonderful, delicious entree recipes for 5 new dinner entrees each week. However, it does NOT allow you to choose the meals you would like from a menu. Instead, it offers a weekly shopping list, a daily eating guide, all needed recipes, and helpful shopping, cooking, and storing tips at a great value!
The Menu Plan provides 8-16 new entree recipes spread out over 2-4 weeks. You will hand-pick each recipe from a menu of over 60 entrees to create a completely individualized meal plan that will meet your nutrition needs as described above and your food preferences. Like the Value Plan, the Menu Plan will also include a weekly shopping list, a daily eating guide, all needed recipes, and helpful shopping, cooking, and storing tips. For those who want the chance to choose specific recipes and meal patterns, you cannot beat this plan!
