One of the highlights of Kelli's career has been developing a hobby, athletic performance and sports nutrition, into a professional specialty.  Kelli Jennings, RD works with competitive and non-competitive athletes such as runners, cyclists, mountaineers, triathletes, hockey players, baseball players, (etc.) who want to increase their endurance, power, ability to recover, and overall performance.  She also works with athletes to help them get to, and maintain, an appropriate weight whether that requires losing or gaining weight.  As an endurance athlete herself, she can relate to the challenges athletes face in obtaining effective and adequate nutrition.  A skilled public speaker, she has provided lectures for top college and high school athletes.

Kelli will analyse your current eating habits and training schedule for appropriate patterns, calories, nutrients, fluid, and recovery time.  Then, she will provide expert sports nutrition guidance and very specific recommendations for calories, carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, fluids, and supplements.  Additionally, she will counsel you on nutrition stategies before, during, and after your event (training/competitions) to provide the best glycogen storage, replenishment, and recovery.
