To begin working with Apex Nutrition, click on a Nutrition Plan at the top of this page. Then, follow the directions to customize your plan based on your sex and your height (and therefore, your ideal weight). You will also have the chance to view a sample Nutrition Plan similar to yours. Next, pay for your plan via the Paypal Cart on the page. Once you have paid for it, Apex Nutrition will send you a confirmation email within 1 business day with your username and password so you can download your plan. With this email, an Apex Nutrition Dietitian will also begin your 1 month FREE coaching relationship available to you as an ESI member!
