About Apex Nutrition, LLC
Apex Nutrition, LLC is a nutrition consultation and meal planning business based out of Crested Butte, Colorado. Its focus is on healthy living, healthy weight management, disease prevention and improved athletic performance through healthy eating. It was founded by Kelli Jennings, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for healthy eating, wellness, & sports nutrition. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and a residency at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC. From her residency, she accepted a position from George Washington University Hospital as a clinical dietitian and specialized in cardiac disease, neurology, neonates, and diabetes. This foundation of clinical nutrition therapy evolved into a broad understanding of medical treatment and disease prevention. During the last few years, she has been thrilled to found her own practice and work with associates (all Registered Dietitians) to bring advanced nutrition consultation and meal planning to clients all over the U.S. and beyond through the Internet!
