Women’s Weight Loss Nutrition Plans and Coaching!
An Apex Nutrition Weight Loss Plan provides guidance for women who want to lose a little or a lot of weight. With an Apex Nutrition Plan, you will learn what types of foods (nutrients) aide weight loss and promote health, how to use these food in a consistent meal plan with appropriate portions for healthy weight loss, how to eat healthy as a lifestyle and not a “diet,” how to use food as fuel and not an emotional outlet, and even get easy, delicious recipes that the entire family will love!
So far, you've selected your sex and nutrition education area (Weight Loss). Our last step is to customize your plan according to your height. Since your ideal weight is based on your height, it gives us a good idea of your calorie needs for healthy weight loss. By customizing this range, the calorie recommendations in your plan will be more accurate. As you read through your plan, you will find that you are able to also make adjustments for you age and activity level. Please select your height:

Each Women's Weight Loss Plan includes:
A guide to walk you through your Nutrition Plan, explain how different foods affect your overall wellness and weight loss, and provide context
A Women's Weight Loss Nutrition Checklist which enables you to check off healthy lifestyle habits as you master them
Nutrition Education specific to weight loss that will explain, in detail, how fiber, carbohydrates, and fats play a role in wellness and weight loss
A mix-and-match meal plan that provides 8-10 specific food and portion recommendations for 3 meals and 3 snacks/day. Following the meal plan will guarantee a specific calorie level to help you meet your weight change or maintenance goals. As you read through your meal plan, you will learn how to adjust your calorie level for age, activity level, and weight changes.
A recipe collection that compliments the meal plan - learn to cook with healthy, whole food ingredients (fast and easy recipes)!
A journaling tool that allows you to monitor your progress and identify food and exercise habits
Best of all, 1 month FREE nutrition coaching by an Apex Nutrition Dietitian via weekly emails to make meal plan adjustments, stay encouraged, stay accountable, and ask any questions.
