Women’s Endurance Sports Nutrition Plans and Coaching!
An Apex Nutrition Endurance Sports Plan provides guidance for women who want to improve their athletic performance by fueling their bodies effectively. Female athletes have specific nutrition concerns and requirements. It is very important to have a sound meal plan, supplement plan, and hydration plan to give your body the fuel it needs! By following the suggestions and meal plan in an Apex Packet, you will eat for fuel - on a daily basis AND before, during, and after your training or competitions. You will hydrate well and not hinder your performance with dehydration. You will supplement with extra nutrients to meet the demands of your stressed cells - you will feel and perform better than you would without adequate fuel!
So far, you've selected your sex and nutrition education area (Endurance Sports). Our last step is to customize your packet according to your height. Since your ideal weight is based on your height, it gives us a good idea of your calorie needs for sports nutrition. Each meal plan is based on an average of 2 hours cardiovascular training per day, and each comes with instructions for adjusting the meal plan based on your age, amount of training time (less or more than 2 hours/day), or weight changes. Each Women's Endurance Sports Nutrition Plan includes:
A guide to walk you through your Nutrition Plan, explain how different nutrients affect your overall performance and provide context
A Women's Sports Nutrition Checklist which enables you to check off healthy lifestyle and sports nutrition habits as you master them
Nutrition Education specific to endurance sports nutrition for daily meal planning and for before, during, and after your events
A mix-and-match meal plan that provides 8-10 specific food and portion recommendations for 3 meals and 3 snacks/day. Following the meal plan will guarantee a specific calorie level to help you meet your fueling goals. As you read through your meal plan, you will learn how to adjust your calorie level for age, activity level, and weight changes.
A recipe collection that compliments the meal plan - learn to cook with healthy, whole food ingredients (fast and easy recipes)!
A journaling tool and scheduling that allows you to monitor your progress and identify food and exercise habits
