You've chosen your customized Nutrition Plan according to your sex, nutrition education needs, and height. Once you've purchased this Plan (see instructions below), you will be able to download, view, and print its contents. Begin with the "guide" as it will walk you through the entire plan. In order to prepare for appropriate weight gain and use the "weight gain chart," you will need to know your Body Mass Index (BMI). If you do not know your BMI, please use the calculator at the bottom of this page.

Purchase this Plan! To begin downloading the Nutrition Plan located above, you must first buy it using the Paypal shopping cart on the right. Then, within one business day of your purchase, you will be able to view, download, and print its contents. To buy it, follow these steps: 1) Add the Plan to your Paypal cart. 2) Proceed to checkout using your credit card or Paypal account. 3)Complete checkout. 4)Apex Nutrition, LLC will email a confirmation with your username and password within one business day. This email will also be used to initiate your weekly coaching relationship with an Apex Nutrition Dietitian. It will be sent to the address you provide to paypal. Once the transaction is complete and you've received a confirmation email, you are ready to download, view, and print the contents of this plan.
