If you have been diagnosed with Heart Disease, or are at risk of developing it, you have come to the right place to take control of your eating and change your health outlook! Apex Nutrition , LLC wants to partner with you! Together you can work to develop a nutrition plan to improve your blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and overall heart health! This entails learning which foods benefit you and which harm you, choosing high fiber carbohydrates and minimizing refined ones, choosing healthy fats & minimizing harmful ones, losing weight if needed, and eating in a healthy pattern to provide consistent fuel for your body.
On this site, you can either customize and download your Heart Health Nutrition Plan for yourself OR request one be sent to you by an Apex Dietitian. Then, you will get 1 month FREE nutrition coaching by an Apex Nutrition Dietitian via weekly emails to make meal plan adjustments, stay encouraged, stay accountable, and ask any questions. This is your chance to follow a sound plan and partner with a Heart Health Nutrition Expert at an affordable price!
